Pastoral Care Ministries

Communities Together administers the Protestant Chaplain services at Lawrence General Hospital and Holy Family Hospital and Medical Center. This ministry is funded, in part, by grants from each hospital with the Council responsible for raising the additional funds necessary to sustain these ministries.

The Council has clergy available to provide pastoral care to area nursing homes and elderly residents.

The Council also offers training for laity interested in offering a ministry to shut-ins, elderly residents, and nursing homes.
